Very relevant remark and I understand the situation... But then you will admit that an excellent MD like LT had to be aware of the situation and the state of SLR's assets by merging with RED, right ?
And I dare not imagine that he hid this situation from the RED board and that he only dangled before them the 500 million in cash put in the wedding basket... And even if you tried to defend him by justifying it, all this makes his sale of millions of shares at 41.9 cents on June 25th just BEFORE the end of the quarter and while the quarterly report was being prepared all the more suspicious, right again ?
