Question:
Does early exercise of oppies come under blackout periods? I'd say yes based on Section 5 of ASX Guidance Note 27:
"In the case of a listed company, “securities” include:
• any share in, or debenture of, the company;
• an option over an unissued share in, or debenture of, the company;"
Nothing tells me more about NOR running on empty when a Director...
