The fact it was done early and by a Director tells you everything you need to know about the state of NOR's finances. Couple this with the fact the same Director was announced as having participated in a CR in April.
Fact:
NOR have never gone more than 2 consecutive quarters without a CR for 22 quarters. Now why would that be?
Hint: NOR have not signed a material deal with a new telco over the same period. Spooky coincidence?
