I was doing a bit more research on Bubs over the past week. I have a few concerns about their China operations. Jackie Lin, who heads these operations according to their investor website, says he is a past board member of the Australia China Business Council and formerly worked for the Australian Government. I have researched the past board members of the Australia China Business Council and cannot see him mentioned anywhere. Nor is it on his LinkedIn. His 'Australian Government' experience seems to be as a project manager with the South Australian State Government. Given the challenges with this business' China operations and how historically important it was for revenue, I have some concerns about what is represented and the company's judgement. It would be good to see these concerns addressed.
