Well, i think management have done reasonably well, with limited funds, and limited manpower, in a tricky geographic jurisdiction, to set the company up. These things take time. I already have more shares than i need but might still put a top up order in at 10c on the chance that the seller at 12c dumps it down to 10c. There has to be CR eventually so there will always be another opportunity to top up.
