Why is this guy still here. He was a director on the watch that saw Barry and co lead the company to a recapitalisation event, destroying shareholder wealth. As far as I recall he didn't put his hand in his paocket for the last capital raise before the Nordic Bond debarcle. Exactly what value is he bringing to get performance shares??
