if you want small caps with fundamentals there are a few but they also present their own risks. These include EZZ, ATP, NZK etc. I generally check for debt and the P/E ratio plus revenue growth etc. However things can change even with those companies such as a decline in the revenue source due to macro environmental factors or capitulation in the growth of the company.

i bought GMNOC options at 0.001. Last year i bought GMNO at 0.001 and made the most I've ever made on a stock, selling out at 0.006. So i can't complain about GMN however i do recognise its strategy, and think it's mostly a pump and dump kind of stock.
