No doubt market won't like the announcement.
David did make it quite clear that this was a long term play. It is very possible that announcements to come will not move the price much short term as the objective is to be methodical and build out the resource to meet the target for next payment.
With that in mind he could be looking at the opportunity cost of having money not working over the next 6-12 months.
if he continues to sell then that will be a concern, but at this stage there are many reasons that are reasonable for a particular cash out.
