24 years tenure has seen highs and lows. Paul is going to retire very soon and I'm not sure what, if any effect that will have on the SP. It's hard to tangibly show his contribution to the company but the fact he's been around for so long, stumped up his own cash on multiple occasions to support the company speaks to his dedication. Some may agree, some not. That's fine, but I thank Paul for everything he's done for SYA .
