    I really don’t think a CR will done at these low levels as I believe they are quite confident about securing a deal with their technology.
    Shares are tightly held so imagine what happens to the SP once a deal is pencilled, it therefore it makes good sense to wait for a much higher SP before doing a CR.
    Mick will continue to keep RWD alive until a deal is done….IMHO.
