same old, same old...even if no one else takes part, i dont think the company will be too worried, the two amigos, ruane and brooks will take up their entitlements, raising about 45% of the plan, giving them more of the company...that's not a criticism, just a fact, and at least they will give all shareholders the chance to participate if they think there's value there.
unlike at least one i could name who raise capital from "sofisicated investers" (code for "friends") when the sp is down then immediately release a positive/deceptive announcement that doubles the sp.
(see what i did there...i told the truth about an unrelated, hypothetical, unethical company without naming them, because i'm too gutless (or smart) to do that on the appropriate forum page.)
