Guarantee Toe will see low 20s soon. Too many shares coming out dumping at all time lows right now to think otherwise. Why management are not cutting wages during the share price destruction says a lot about they'r e priorities. And imo they will sell low 20s then into teens and then CR and a low of 13c is possible before any upturn. I could be wrong but I am just trying to read a good buy in. But cannot see it yet. Dyl has bottomed out 90c wont go any lower. The rash large selling in toe with tiny k$ from management indicates another 50% down from here?? Prove me wrong
