I remember Hrdlicka well. At that time I did a deep dive into a2m policies on their web site and the board had to approve her selling (and selling also had to be in the "window of time" when the market was fully informed).
Perhaps someone could ask the chair of the board at the next AGM why the board approved her selling, knowing full well what would happen to the share price.
Or did Hrdlicka completely bypass the board and policy?
