Yes they fixed the daigou issue and stabilized sales but that was done ages ago now, That also was bare minimum to be achieved.
What else have they done?
- a failed buyback that gave money to instos only. - spent a ton on MVM which still seems to be a cash sink. - handled synlait very poorly and are as a result still causing problems. - No major push to new markets still sitting in china which has been used by instos as ammunition to wreck the price. - Fumbled the opp to really push into us during their formula crisis a few years back. - Still no plan for cash. - Bought no shares personally, which would show massive confidence.
Overall they do not deserve the pay they get... lets see the result of their efforts of nearly 4 years in charge
Same issues over and over again hammer price. Needs to be some punishment in place to get a fire under them to do better.
