That was my immediate reaction too! He barely deserves his salary, let alone additional 'performance' shares. Surely 'performance' shares should be linked to actual performance! I'm still waiting for my shares to get back to where they were when I purchased them in 2018. Does he have any reason for the abysmal performance? It's just not good enough in my opinion. It's not as though milk & baby formula one can just 'do without' no matter what the rest of the economy is doing.
