They can't just sit still and expect to rely on the Chinese market. Why aren't they making inroads into creating new markets? This is 3.5 years he's had to turn the company around, find new markets and improve the company. Why are share prices dropping again? How long does he want? His performance shares should be tied to actual performance & perhaps then he'd be working to improve the share prices. I'd be ashamed to even take a performance shares based on his results. I'm pretty fed up but need to hold on until I've at least recouped my losses, although I'm beginning to think I'd be better off trying my luck at the casino.
