It is a puzzling choice. Very double edged sword. The purchase does highlight no imminent news, which I would imagine will usher in the SP going further south.

If I was to view it through an unbiased lense my takes would be as follow:

Optimist route:
- Slow buying commences, yes only 2k but its important to note, no matter how small a 400+% rise is always appreciated
- Could signal that stages have progressed not to near term but to something more concrete the previously
- Could be making the announcement to drive the price lower knowing the "read between the lines impact" of no news immiment to allow for a cheaper buy in for friends and co
- Could be a subtle way of telling holders that nothing is on the table for month so stop emailing me

Confidence rating 2/10: Such an insignificant amount does seem more like a parlor trick then a smart play. Believe that the last two points are most viable. Remember the floor price for the loan is 1.5c

Pessimist route:
- Attempt to provide some excitement to the market knowing that nothing is on the table still.
- Have seen past directors buy in small amounts before the truth outs in past (MNS an example, the worst mind you but still)

Confidence rating: 5/10: The story for months has been the key focus is asset realization. There have been a few on here stating in interview TO has mentioned that we are getting to the next round but this clearly shows it hasn't.

All in all, a truly puzzling announcement one that doesn't invoke any confidence and for a feeble amount of 2k no less.

I have a decent holding so I will see this through but for holders it looks like its more then likely we won't have a deal by years end.
