Why has Ramelious not mounted a bid? Surely there is synergy with their existing operations. The PFS has been out a while. It wasn't a cracker but could have more value to RMS than others. Would also be a reasonable exit for HP including if a scrip offer. Appointing a credentialed mining engineer could mean HP want to get on and mine it. Must have been HP pushing for change.
