He/ she has either assisted shorters to slam the share price or he/ she is about to contribute to more shares being available for shorting purposes. See below extract from announcement:

That is not what Directors should be doing IMO. It's bad enough LT holders like superannuation funds do it, but company Directors doing it is obscene.
Perhaps this should be brought up the next time investors have to vote on his/ her directorship??
