Is this Director - Blair Way fair dinkum??
He/ she has either assisted shorters to slam the share price or he/ she is about to contribute to more shares being available for shorting purposes. See below extract from announcement:
2,000,000 CDIs (underpinned by 200,000 ordinary shares) transferred to Equities First Holdings, LLC for security purposes pursuant to a Master Loan Agreement and Deed of Security
That is not what Directors should be doing IMO. It's bad enough LT holders like superannuation funds do it, but company Directors doing it is obscene.
Perhaps this should be brought up the next time investors have to vote on his/ her directorship??
