To think that acceptance of the BAFO wouldn't justify informing the market is absurd imo. Ongoing contractual negotiations is NOT confirmation of an accepted BAFO IMO.
I think less focus on the alleged lies and manipulation from non holders, and more focus on the conduct of management is warranted, how any holder could be happy with their investment here is beyond me, particularly over an 8+ year stretch. The only solace has been the ability to average down to somewhere near even over that time. Or so some holders would have you believe anyway.
But keep following that carrot, atleast t8 has shown the nous to drop some of his holding when opportunity presents, kudos.
