In regard to that - when a director makes a direct market purchase - is there a legal timeframe that the purchase made is not related to insider trading
ie David Purchases today and in 30 days they announce a design freeze with EV1 - would that be considered insider trading ?
I'm trying to get at with that purchase there can't be any considerable price sensitive announcements where the SP rockets within 30 days etc?
Does it also mean we potentially won't be getting any price sensitive announcements ( ones increasing SP like a Deal) for months?
