The news of EV1 being used in the prototype and hopefully design freeze has been digested by the market, EV2 & SII deal as well. Now is the only time he would be able to buy legally while we wait for acceptance of our tech from EV1,EV2, other battery ops and SII vaccine approvals. He honestly doesn’t know the results of those as the decision is in others hands, so my take is that he really couldn’t buy earlier as the market legally needs time to digest market sensitive news otherwise him guying straight after those announcements would influence the SP. Forward from here the time frame is irrelevant as he can’t know what the company’s testing want to do unless their was a deal already made, and David wouldn’t be that stupid. As I said before all the indicators are flashing on this one and if you ain’t got the stomach for the risk you may well be sorry
