its interesting....to buy that volume at the price is positive and aggressive....creep provisions in place so can only increase their stake 3% every 6 months. Time will tell if they've take up their full allocation...could be positioning for the TO or trying to sure up their % stake so having another director on the board makes sense.
By my calcs with Pinetree, Shezad and Dexter, the % stake between all 3 is circa ~26ish% of the shares on issue
