Please excuse my ignorance. Am I correct in saying his price per share was 4.6c ($200,000 / 4,273,504 shares)?
And an off-market transfer- is that just a private arrangement between him and another party that agreed on the price? And if so, why would someone agree to that price when on-market they're trading at 5.1c?
Not trying to suggest anything at all about this trade, just seeking to understand.
Again, please excuse my ignorance in these matters. I'm self-taught, and learning all the time.
