She must be doing something right, prior to the merger she made 3m in bonuses for meeting KPI targets. It does seem excessive I agree, but she's not alone when it comes to overpaid executives.
Lucky the government keeps negative gearing in place to help incentivise the highly paid to buy more houses and push up housing costs all over the country...
