Yes, I think they know things are likely to go well. I refer you to my read of the room that included said directors. And Danny and Wayne and Kim have been slogging it out over the years and had some bad luck, would be nice to see some decent reward for the effort and have the share price uncertainty behind them so they can get their teeth well and truly into product rollout and continous improvement to fully capitalise on the potential of their system config & training smarts.
