To meet the performance rights conditions, my understanding is,
- 40% is weighted on how the company outperforms against peer companies.
- 60% is directly related to share price growth.
DC needs to increase the share price by 10% - 20%+ CAGR (compound annual growth rate) a from the VWAP (volume weighted average price) share price as of June 30th @ 9.7c. The expiration date is 30/6/27
These milestones are a little harder now from the current price you can replace 10% growth with 87% and 20% with 196%. Almost a 3x from here.
300% over 2.5 years milestones are attractive to new investors.
The share price has already met these conditions in reverse over the last 12 months over uncertainty and China's strangle hold on the market.
Hopefully DC will well and truly earn his bonus with healthy BOA terms, financing and FID, to start actually mining.
