considering the quality and actual “value add” to the companies prospects there are a few directors including this one, where these free shares are a piss take to shareholders. Great strategy my a*s, it’s just just snouts in the trough, as usual, as we have all come to expect, as so many shareholders, refuse to question the board appointments, which are all currently controlled by a chosen few.
some quality Australian directors is desperately neede and will add value in so many ways, most notably a seismic improvements to our woeful & disastrous IR.
