nearing $100,000 gift, dont't they get paid well enough as is, Performance rights for what? these annoucement for any compnay only every make a reference to something voted for 12 mnths ago that noone recalls, ie what for.... what did they do to achieve a bonus of $100,000 (slight less, rounding) ... was there a massive deal achieve? or just for turning up for the morning cuppa, there was in the past a reasoning given of retention shares.... that wording isn't used any more. it irks me, ti dilution on dilution, if they really believe in the company let them buy shares not get a gift, (not that i want a to give a gift for something i don't know was criteria it was base on) all these freebee dilute us 5-10% but that ok at moment because we are running a a loss, so 5-10% of a loss is still a loss
