You may want to research what price the directors bought their shares at. It’s disappointing that you have no concept of what these particular directors are doing to try and preserve, in the first instance, and thereafter enhance, value. Perhaps look at all the 3Y’s. Every investor has the same opportunity to purchase shares as do directors.
