Hi Bonus, short answer is yes with a 'but'.
The 'but' is this was announced to market on the 20/12 last year in a 3c. They had signaled a CR prior which was mentioned in the webinar but I can't find the ann in which it was mentioned.
They then sent through the quarterly stating a CR would happen within the next two weeks (which is the Friday just gone).
So they announced the CR but then got a loan to then announce the original CR to end up releasing this.
I'm not concerned to be honest - just think that there should be just a bit more transparency.
There could be talks for $$$ that are still being negotiate under NDAs etc...
I'm still holding all my shares and I'm aiming to participate in the CR when or if it eventuates.
