    I think you need to read the announcement closely.

    Michelmore didn't pay anything, the comnpany did as part of the executive salary plan. So no positive news there.

    What is positive is that he has 4,743,081 shares in OZL which gives him a pretty good incentive to keep OZL afloat or get the MM deal done.
