Exactly TB2 ... Sigh. Not sure if he is understanding the responsibility in regards to the CEO of a company. The remuneration package sometimes has stock included as an incentive and his pay is comensurate with the job he does but this one scenario is why I prefer that the CEO doesn't have huge holdings or no holdings in the company he runs. CEO owns a large parcel of shares in his company, for private reasons he must sell a good portion of these. How would the market react. I bet negatively and then there are the regulatory and shareholder dramas. Directors , Chairmen etc are a different kettle of fish. The CEO has done an exemplary job and am looking forward to the next 6 months. Very long term holder.
