Yes Shumsta, the explanation covers half of the money, after receiving $1.8mill in sales and paying out tax and brokerage, he is probably left with around $1mil, so what, he can spend it as he pleases he doesn't need our approval. He has been pushing this wagon for close to 30 years, why not take something of the table. He still has a very healthy investment in the company, which will be a very big number in the future. If the share price passes $20 in the next few years he will be worth over $120mil, he is not getting any younger, I don't know how anyone can spend $120mil in their old age when they have spent their whole life being frugal.
