Could just be that Nicky boy needed a cash top up, been 10 months since loosing his NVX gravy train freebees, the BoD package is pennies in comparison. If he was bailing why not sell the remaining 894681 shares avoiding any risk of backlash from irate shareholders.
My guess is he’ll continue to take a directors fee until he no longer needs/wants it, but not yet. Likely to be asset rich and since daddy’s just invested heavily in the salt industry, pocket money’s dried up for now but I doubt he’ll be around in 12 months though. Maybe he’s hanging around long enough to replace Chris as an Axon director, being that he’s based in Aussie.
