The common complaint is that majority owners (directors) are holding the share price down in hopes to get the stock entirely to themselves for as little as possible. Nothing I have seen in the last few years really goes against this notion, to the contrary consolidation and regular on market buying is further concentration majority owners holdings and again today.
Retails holders have no voting power and insiders have a Billions of shares to throw at the share price to ragdoll it down should it ever breakout, also controlling information releasing bad news at pivotal times and holding good news back as much as possible.
Really is a laughing stock of a company, performance has been criminal given gold has gone 3x in the last 5 years. If they weren't eyeing the ultimate prize I doubt they would make such fools of themselves being controllers of this asx stock in a tiny mining town.
