Look, I didn't own AJM, but at the time when I was looking to buy my first lithium shares around 10 years ago it was on my radar. I followed it for a while, but I decided to buy other stocks instead. Over the years I watched it rise as my other stock floundered & I did regret not buying in. Then she when under, so I thought this might be AJM 2.0 but with a different ending this time. Who knows, maybe not, I don't know.

I don't share the same anger as other LT holders would. But due to dilution & the consolidation 99% of my investment here has vaporised. All I can hope for is a successful outcome for 1MC, so I've got the option to average down & have the ability to get my money back & then some.

Fish Lake in the US seems promising & I think it would be an excellent part of the world to invest in, given all the geopolitical upheaval at the moment. China & the US are fighting over rare earth minerals & I'm sure the US would want to secure at much lithium as possible.

1MC has the option to acquire 100% of the project.

The debt is connected with AB I think. Don't quote me on that I'm not sure. I remember reading that somewhere. As far as I know the debt is basically convertible notes, so the debt could be converted in shares, giving AB a larger ownership in 1MC.

If this was going to be wound up, they why not do it when AJM went under? Why go to all the effort to relist just to wrap things up now?

Like I said, I think the US could play an important role in boosting lithium supplies. The US also want to reduce their dependance on foreign suppliers.

1MC needs to take a stake in Fish Lake.
