What exactly is the creep provision allowance?
I found this online: Acquisitions of up to 3% every 6 months from a starting point above 19%. Note that a person who has acquired more than 20% under another exception must wait 6 months before it can make acquisitions under this exception.
Is this correct? Does that mean Pine Tree can continue to buy 3% of shares on issue every 6 months?
