Verner is a weak CEO, only good at presentations and talking nonsense at mining conferences. That is the role of an analyst. What we need right now is a CEO who is strong in operations, capable of steering the company towards greater financial security, and finding alternative ways to address problems in the current depressed market conditions, rather than just sitting there, blaming China, and selling off shares, which demonstrates weak leadership.
