But Electrovaya is Canadian based , and its loan from the US EXIM bank is to expand with a USA Manufacturing facilìty .
Relevance to SYR ....not sure , other than the indication that the USA has to and will use all the tools ( funding ) necessary , to support home grown industries it needs .
