Maybe Musk has some influence but where’s the graphite coming from in the short term if not China? As far as we know Balama is still not open for business and may take some time to get fully functional? The May decision is still to come though and should benefit Vidalia and in turn Balama. Lot’s of development projects coming in the next few years though. Very unstable at present. China might still limit their graphite exports in response?
