Good timing….in hindsight it was a red flag when none of the management team or directors participated in the raising at 36c.
I wouldn’t be surprised if one of those strategics lobs an offer for 100% though. The Board would have no other option but to take it to a vote. It’s still hard for strategics to get assets cheaply even when the market is down but WR1 have backed themselves into a corner so will need to consider all options
