Chris forgot to check/submit approval for the other half of our PWM holdings. We couldn’t have sold even if we wanted to.
I reckon we were planning to sell up a portion near the peak and also exercise the option then everything went wrong. Complete shit show over at PWM getting the option date wrong and forgetting to apply for approval on half our holdings…..i reckon this why Chris could no longer justify being on their board as he should have been on top of this.
The approval was suppose to be sorted “in the coming weeks” and it has already been more than 2 months. I wonder if we will get the approval in time to be able to sell at a reasonable price?
