Not sure if this video has been shared... uploaded last month. Chris keeps dropping August. It's in the video description as well. Regardless if they end up taking up the option or not, it seems like they weren't expecting/planning on taking up the option before then, and so always knew that their exclusivity rights was going to be replaced with a right of first refusal.
