Cesium was never going to be a real sector, just like scamdium and antimony, those little pump sectors come and go, they never last - things like LRV will almost certainly end up back where they began with a whole new register of bag holders. Lithium resurgence is WR1's only hope, personally I am far from convinced there will be a resurgence but there are a few tiny emerging green shoots that maybe say something might be coming with some serious short covering in things like LTR. We'll see, for me this is a no go zone still but knowing what this sector can do I'm always paying a little bit of attention
