During my international career, I have held a variety of executive roles in the aviation and corporate finance fields. My expertise is vested in an in-depth understanding of aircraft leasing and commercial/corporate finance, as well as a track record of financial and operational restructurings of companies leading to a subsequent sale or IPO.

In 2010, I joined International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), the world’s market leader in the leasing and remarketing of advanced technology, modern aircraft to commercial airlines around the globe. As Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, I am responsible for developing and advancing ILFC’s portfolio strategy around the investments in aircraft assets and the asset sales activities.

Prior to ILFC, I served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AerCap, an integrated global aviation company based in the Netherlands that provides aircraft and engine leasing, trading, and parts sales. I was responsible for all commercial and technical aspects of investments in aircraft, joint ventures and securitizations, as well as accounting, treasury, and risk management.

Previously, I also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DaimlerChrysler Capital Services, where I was in charge of treasury, accounting, IT and operations, credit risk and asset-liability management, and controlling for all Capital Services business in 19 companies in North America, Europe, and Asia. Before, I served as Chief Credit Officer of DaimlerChrysler Financial, a consumer and commercial finance company, in charge of all credit related aspects of the business.
