The "they" you keep speaking about are not the same management as the old TNC. The old board all resigned in November 2024 if not earlier, only two Non-Exec directors are still on the board from that time, PM Frederiks and Peter Dudley. Bevan Jones only came in when the ship was already sinking and Paul Cronin joined in January.
The current management is a whole different ballpark, PC is gradually accumulating and has hit over 2% of the company in a short amount of time. The relisting put the company in a better position than it had been in the last 3 years. Well funded with a clear goal and milestones set.
