This is just a director buying a minimal amount to negate questions about not having any shares, the director owned zero CCP shares prior. Most of the board have shareholdings that isn't even a year's board fee, let alone significant to thier net worth, which on average is likely in the millions. The insider ownership in CCP has always been very poor, with the exception of the former Chairman who actually ate his cooking in a big way. When the recent downgrade happened on the back of overpaying for US debt, the share price collapse barely hurt any of them relative to thier net worth and the millions in salary and fees they have all pulled out of the business. The worst offender in the CFO, frankly, who has been with the company for years overseeing the finances, yet doesn't have any faith in the equity judged by his token holding.
