I'll be honest, I've seen this set up countless times going into SPPs.

Sp gets pushed lower. Holders bitch, moan and joke about buying into an SPP that's higher than current sp.

Days later a boomer Ann comes in and sp blasts past SPP price.

Have to say sp dump before SPP usually results in a hard pump into SPP, probably 4 out 5 times.

Half of those come off the back of a boomer Ann. The other half are just shameless pumps off the back of no new news...

I am a gambling man so I liked the odds and bought in around here.

Can't say I'm over enthusiastic about this Ann as it seems to have lowered my odds on that set up.

Pump into SPP is still a very realistic possibility and reason I'm willing to stick around is the trading patterns on the lithium majors of late. Certainly looks as though a bigger move is close.

SQM is thinly traded but instos have bought the dip in past few sessions.

ALB on the other hand has been a hive of activity of late with plenty of decent hits since the #10 (10th largest trade of all time).

Perhaps they are loading for a new leg lower and perhaps GLN is dumb enough to let the sp stay below SPP price into closing date.

If that's the case then I'll keep some lube handy.
